DHA Phase 7, Sehar commercial completely well-developed area of Defence Housing Authority. This was established for the welfare of the serving and retired Armed Forces Officers of Pakistan and civilian officers paid out of the budget of the Defence establishment. Phase 7, is located between Commercial Avenue and the 12th Lane next to Khayaban-e-Sehar.
