DHA Phase 6, Nishat commercial completely well-developed area of Defence Housing Authority. This was established for the welfare of the serving and retired Armed Forces Officers of Pakistan and civilian officers paid out of the budget of the Defence establishment. The brilliant location Khayaban-e-Nishat near Khayaban-e-Shujaat and Khayaban-e-Shahbaz. It is one of the major commercial areas of Defence in Karachi. The allotment of this project started with just 76.2 acres and today DHA spread over an area of 8,796 acres of land. The main basic needs which a person gives them top demand like Electricity, gas, sewerage, telephones, and water is available in the phase. The commercial plots located in DHA Phase 6 Nishat Commercial mostly are 200 yards approximately. Although, the residential plots which are located in DHA Phase 6 are mainly 500/600/1000/2000, 800 yards in Beach View-2, 600 yards in Beach View-3 and 600 yards in Darakshan.
