In 1996, we launched our weekly publication by the name of “Clifton Times” followed by our printed version directory of “Defence and Clifton Real Estate Agents”. Our next venture, “PakRealEstate.com” was the first online real estate portal in the country launched in 2000. In 2018, we took a big step for the industry where we organized and executed the first “Real Estate Expo” for the people of Defence Housing Authority area in Karachi in which we recognized the remarkable work done by Real Estate Professionals by giving out “Awards of excellence and lifetime achievement awards“..

About The Directory

PakRealEstate.com is the brainchild of our founder Mr Zahid Iqbal, who has worked for over 36 years in the Real Estate Industry and has made it his vision to promote and uplift the Real Estate Industry of Pakistan.

The portal has its roots in the original print version of the Real Estate Directory for Defence and Clifton Real Estate Professionals that was started back in 1997. As the world of business evolves and moves more into the online space, we are now taking the directory online and expanding it significantly in order to facilitate the growth of the overall industry.

We believe that growth in the Real Estate Industry helps to facilitate growth in the economy of the country and thus our efforts in this enterprise will benefit the nation.
